Wilan

Wilan, an ex-Singaporean came to NZ in the early 1980s. She completed her law degree at the Auckland University and has been a lawyer for well over 30 years.  The first 7 years of her law career were spent in Kaitaia dealing in property, family and rural law areas. Her move to Auckland coincided with an increased influx of overseas investors and new migrants from Asia to New Zealand.  With her Chinese language and cultural background, she is able to serve the Chinese community and yet be equally at home, helping out the local Kiwi community in areas of property, commercial leases, business sales and purchase, family trust and estate matters.

Dalia

Dalia is one of our solicitors whom has graduated from the Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws. During Dalia’s studies she worked as a research assistant to an Associate Professor where she gained essential skills. Dalia has been with the firm since 2016 and has acquired practical experience in residential conveyancing, trusts, subdivisions, wills, refinancing and relationship property. Dalia has also completed an intensive mediation course with the Arbitrators & Mediators Institute of New Zealand. She is fluent in Arabic and enjoys travelling in her spare time.

Joyce

Joyce joined Wilan Law as a Law Clerk in 2015 and was admitted to the High Court of NZ in November 2019. She continues to work closely with the firm’s Principal in matters relating to Property, Estate Administration, Family Trust and Relationship Property matters. She has a keen interest in the fields of Property and Commercial Law. She thoroughly enjoys the challenge of learning new things and the sense of achievement in being able to help her clients achieve their goals. In her free time, Joyce enjoys exhilarating hobbies such as sky diving and scuba diving. Joyce is proficient in Mandarin and English.

Lynn

Lynn is our friendly helpful receptionist who is always eager to help with your enquiries.  She joined our firm in early 2016 and has found her passion in property law.  She is an invaluable help to our property team.  She is a mother of 2 very active little boys and loves her time with her boys.  She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Sally

Sally is a University of Auckland Science graduate with an environmental interest. She enjoys learning new things and is our firm's friendly and efficient legal assistant who has recently discovered a passion for conveyanancing and property law. Sally spends her free time reading and keeping active outdoors and can speak fluent Cantonese and entry level Mandarin.
